Refund and cancellation
This policy covers fees paid to BlueShark Solutions (BlueShark Technologies). It does not cover money you paid to Google, Meta, a domain registrar, a host, or a payment gateway. Office: Jai Bharat Lane, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Email: info@bluesharksolutions.in.
Website and software projects
Advances are for time booked and for starting design or development. If you cancel before we have delivered any files, we may refund the unused part after deducting hours already spent, at the rate in the quote. After you have approved a design or a staging site, that slice of the fee is not refundable because the work already exists.
Final payment is due on delivery of the agreed scope. We can withhold handover of files, domains we purchased on your behalf, or go live access until that invoice is clear.
Monthly retainers (social, ads, SEO, care)
Retainers are billed in advance for a calendar month. You can cancel with notice before the next billing date. The month already paid is not refunded, including unused posting slots. Ad budget sitting in your Google or Meta account remains yours.
How to cancel
Write to info@bluesharksolutions.in or WhatsApp 8799753675 from the number we have on file. Name the project and the date you want work to stop. We will confirm in writing.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed while work has been delivered, we may pause services and recover the files until the amount is settled.
Mistaken payments
If you paid twice in error, we refund the extra payment after the bank confirms it, usually to the same method.
